No idols.

Kindle just arrived at my doorstep. Amidst my thanksgiving that I managed to complete the purchase before  USD was back on the rise and that I can now carry my pdf files and read them on the go, I must be wary of the thrill I get when handling it, and so I'm pausing for a moment before I open the package, to remind myself that there is a possibility of making an idol of Kindle, hidden behind the honest motive behind the purchase. No idols. My affection and thrill when handling the device should not exceed the affection, thrill and resolve I hold towards spiritual things.
