Do you run? Do you run often? I don't usually. But COA has changed all that.
God's given me a light body-frame made for running and I do so reasonably well without much training. Besides, I enjoy running too. Do you?
I don't particularly like jogging alone. To me, it's rather lacking in any meaning. (I don't need to shake off any weight)
If I run, I run for something. To run well and to enjoy it, there must be a purpose or a final destination which you look forward to. It's what they call start with the end in mind.
And when you do that, you inevitably break into a run.
You picture the final destination.
Your legs start to kick faster and your stride opens up.
Your breath becomes rhythmic, in-sync with your steps as
Your heart thumps and the adrenalin surges through you.
Every part of your body starts quickening up subconsciously.
Your strains and lethargy is numbed by your momentum as you
Dash past the finishing line, seizing the prize you ran for.
What is our prize?
If only I can convert all this energy to run this spiritual race fervently and zealously.
For there're many who'll run
But few will get the prize.
